For several months now, Neutra has been carrying out a major project to transform its organization and services.

This project is not simply about implementing new IT tools. It involves a fundamental rethinking of how we support our policyholders, collaborate with health insurance funds and hospitals, and empower our teams to provide a service that is ever simpler, faster, and more efficient.

Today, we are taking another step forward.

Several concrete solutions are now far enough along to be presented. They illustrate the direction Neutra is taking… but they are still just a few pieces of a much larger puzzle.


A shared vision: improving everyone’s experience

Behind every development, every application, and every new service, a single goal guides our teams:

  • to simplify the processes for our policyholders;
  • to improve the quality and speed of our services;
  • to strengthen collaboration with health insurance funds and hospitals;

A few pieces of the puzzle…

During our latest internal demo, several solutions were presented.

🌐 A more intuitive product comparison tool

Choosing hospitalization or dental insurance isn’t always easy.

Our new comparison tool makes it easy to see the differences between the Neutra +, Confort, and Top plans, compare coverage options, and get an estimated premium based on age.

This tool is designed to help policyholders make an informed choice, but also to support health insurance association staff in their day-to-day interactions.


📞 Smart telephony integrated into our business platform

We also showcased the integration of our telephony solution with our new management platform.

In practice, when a policyholder contacts Neutra, their file can be automatically identified so that our agents immediately have the information they need to respond more quickly.

A subtle innovation… but one that tangibly improves our policyholders’ experience.


🦷 Smarter processing of dental claims

Dental claims require the analysis of numerous documents and the application of rules that can sometimes be complex.

Thanks to the integration of intelligent data extraction technologies with our new business platform, a significant portion of the processing can now be automated.

Of course, our claims adjusters remain at the heart of the process to review, supplement, and validate information when necessary.

The goal is simple: to reduce repetitive tasks so we can devote more time to situations that require true expertise.


🏥 A dedicated portal for hospitals

This transformation also affects our hospital partners.

A new secure portal will gradually enable participating hospitals to submit their requests and documents entirely digitally.

  • Less paper.
  • Less paperwork.
  • Greater speed.
  • Greater transparency.
  • Better collaboration for the benefit of policyholders.


…before revealing the full picture

These four solutions provide a concrete example of the transformation underway at Neutra.

But they represent only a part of what we’re building.

Over the coming months, new features will gradually round out this digital ecosystem:

  • an enhanced personal dashboard for policyholders;
  • new online services;
  • greater automation of certain processes;
  • new tools for health insurance funds and partners;
  • ever simpler and smoother customer journeys.
