Neutra and Dentalis hospital insurance policies are exclusively reserved for persons affiliated with the supplementary insurance of one of the French-speaking Mutualités Neutres: La Mutualité Neutre or Mutualia Mutualité Neutre. This includes policyholders and their dependents.

You can sign up at any age, without a prior medical examination. All you need to do is be up to date with your contributions to one of these mutual insurance companies to be eligible for the coverage offered.

To take out one of our insurance policies, simply go to this page and follow the steps indicated.

Your child can be covered by our hospitalization insurance from birth, provided that they are affiliated with one of the French-speaking Mutualités Neutres. To register them, simply submit a subscription request, listing them as the beneficiary. Please note that the policyholder must always be an adult. 

If your newborn is hospitalized, the costs may be covered by your insurance, provided that you are up to date with your waiting period and premiums, and within the limits set out in your contract. Your child's registration will take effect from their date of birth (except for the Neutra Top product). To finalize this affiliation, you will need to provide your health insurance fund with a copy of their birth certificate.

If you wish to add one or more children to your contract, you must return the completed, dated, and signed application form to us. Please note that the addition is never automatic: a voluntary step is required.

When a child under the age of 12 is hospitalised, the accommodation costs of an accompanying parent may also be covered, depending on the product taken out.

Opening your serious illness file:

  • The "request for assistance" form, duly completed, dated, and signed.
  • A medical report or certificate from your specialist doctor specifying the nature of your serious illness and the date on which it was discovered.

In order to receive reimbursement for your care, the following documents must be sent to the Neutra service:

  • Reimbursement receipt from your health insurance provider : for medical consultations, physical therapy, and nursing care.
  • Monthly computerized statement or “BVAC” receipts issued by your pharmacy: for pharmaceutical expenses.
  • Our "travel certificate" duly completed and signed (this certificate is available on request): for transportation costs (other than ambulance) that are not reimbursable by insurance.
  • Invoices related to outpatient care costs at polyclinics, laboratory fees, medical equipment rental costs, etc.

 Attention

Only care and medication directly related to your condition will be reimbursed.

However, if you suffer from side effects caused by your illness or treatment, the related care may be covered upon presentation of a certificate from your specialist doctor stating their link to your condition.

In the event of hospitalization

Each hospitalization invoice must be accompanied by the "request for reimbursement" form.
